DOMESTIC
Inspection and testing of domestic premises is a service we offer to landlords and homeowners to cover legal requirements and to ensure safety for their tenants and their properties. We also offer this service to families who are moving house and would like to check that their new home is safe. This is particularly important when moving to an older property as the installation may not meet current electrical safety standards. We recommend that all domestic premises are inspected and tested every 5-10 years.
